For Those Called to Teach

Leadership Training is also the required foundation for those who feel called to continue into the WBH Qualified Course Leader Training.
There is no pressure or expectation to pursue leadership roles.
However, those who already know they wish to follow the QCL path will be invited to join the active QCL Group calls during their Leadership Training. This allows them to attune to the field of leadership, connect with the current Leader Group, and begin stepping into that expanded identity — all while honoring their own timing and readiness.
